- Mentor Senior Engineers: Foster a culture of technical excellence by providing mentorship and guidance to the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Advanced Technical Expertise: 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning.
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Core Frameworks: Proficient in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
