Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable architectures for Agentic AI systems and LLM applications.
- Optimize model inference and training pipelines for latency and throughput efficiency.
- Lead the integration of Multimodal AI capabilities into existing products.
- Conduct research on emerging AI paradigms to stay ahead of the 2026 technology curve.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and data scientists.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI code quality and deployment.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience building and deploying LLMs, RAG systems, and vector databases.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
