Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, state-of-the-art machine learning models for core product features.
- Lead the research and implementation of generative AI and predictive analytics systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and UX designers.
- Ensure AI systems are robust, explainable, and compliant with global ethical standards.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI infrastructure and optimize for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and MLOps tools.
- Proven track record of designing systems that handle petabyte-scale data.
- Experience with LLMs, Transformers, and Neural Architecture Search.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, disruptive startup environment.
