Role Overview:
You will be responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of complex AI systems. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade software, ensuring our solutions are robust, efficient, and scalable. You will mentor a team of brilliant engineers and collaborate with product leaders to translate business goals into technical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning models and neural networks for high-volume data processing.
- Lead the technical strategy for the '2026 Vision' project, including the integration of generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering) to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Optimize existing codebases for performance, latency, and cost-efficiency.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating and integrating emerging technologies (e.g., quantum algorithms, edge AI) into our stack.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (10+ years of experience).
- Proven expertise in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native microservices architectures.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing high-performing engineering teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
