Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable machine learning infrastructure and deep learning models tailored for 2026-era data processing needs.
- Lead the Research and Development (R&D) roadmap, identifying emerging AI technologies to integrate into our core stack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical architecture.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and efficiency, ensuring low-latency performance in production environments.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model security, and ethical AI implementation.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (10+ years of experience).
- Extensive experience designing large-scale distributed systems and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Rust.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and/or Computer Vision paradigms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
