Responsibilities
- Lead System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance AI systems and neural network infrastructures.
- Research & Development: Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze system bottlenecks and optimize code for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience designing solutions on AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of delivering complex projects under tight deadlines in fast-paced environments.
