Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable Generative AI models and LLM pipelines tailored for enterprise deployment.
- Lead the implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to enhance model accuracy and context awareness.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost efficiency using advanced quantization and distillation techniques.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring continuous integration and deployment of AI models.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Define and enforce AI safety, ethics, and compliance standards for all deployed models.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience building Deep Learning systems, with specific focus on Transformers and LLMs.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with model evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering, and AI safety/ethics guidelines.
