Role Overview:
As a Senior AI Architect, you will bridge the gap between theoretical machine learning research and production-grade software engineering. You will lead a team of brilliant engineers in deploying models that are not only accurate but also efficient and responsible.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI models and LLMs for enterprise integration.
- Design and optimize inference pipelines to ensure low-latency, high-throughput performance.
- Lead research into fine-tuning strategies and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly applications.
- Ensure model robustness, fairness, and safety through rigorous testing and evaluation.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready models at scale.
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and high-availability architecture.
