Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the next generation of generative AI systems. As we look towards 2026, our goal is to redefine the boundaries of artificial intelligence by building scalable, ethical, and high-performance models that drive enterprise transformation.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing the core architecture of our proprietary LLMs and ensuring they can handle complex, real-world applications with unprecedented speed and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML architectures for large-scale production environments.
- Lead research and development of Generative AI models, including LLMs and diffusion models.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs using quantization and pruning techniques.
- Establish best practices for data privacy, model governance, and AI ethics.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate technical requirements into innovative AI solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
- Extensive experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience deploying AI models to edge devices and cloud environments.
