Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable Machine Learning models for Project 2026.
- Oversee the integration of quantum-ready algorithms into our neural networks.
- Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI ethics frameworks to ensure alignment with global standards.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML research and development.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI systems into production environments.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles, bias mitigation, and explainable AI (XAI).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
