Responsibilities
- Lead System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure for Project 2026, ensuring robustness and security.
- Model Development: Spearhead the research and deployment of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI frameworks.
- Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical roadmap for AI integration, aligning with company-wide business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior developers and data engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model inference speeds and resource utilization to ensure maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Expertise: Strong background in NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning, with a portfolio of published research or deployed models.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and innovate under pressure.
