Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of scalable AI infrastructure for Project 2026.
- Define and implement best practices for data pipeline management, model training, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to drive innovation.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure high standards of quality and performance.
- Optimize existing systems for speed, scalability, and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering and AI architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data engineering, and machine learning lifecycle management.
- Proven track record of delivering complex AI projects from conception to production.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
