Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI infrastructure for Project 2026, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Research and prototype next-generation Machine Learning algorithms, focusing on generative AI and reinforcement learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize existing models for production environments, reducing inference costs and improving response times.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Neuromorphic Computing) into our roadmap.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of System Design, Microservices, and Cloud Architecture.
