Responsibilities
- Architect Advanced Systems: Design and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems capable of processing petabyte-scale data streams in real-time.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a high-performance team of ML engineers and data scientists in pioneering research areas including Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning.
- Model Optimization: Drive the optimization of inference pipelines to ensure sub-millisecond latency across edge and cloud environments.
- Strategic Vision: Translate complex business requirements into technical roadmaps that align with the long-term vision of Project 2026.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, UX designers, and security experts to integrate AI seamlessly into user experiences.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce frameworks for algorithmic fairness, transparency, and accountability in automated decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Algorithmic Mastery: Proven track record of implementing novel algorithms and publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Cloud Architecture: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems and architect scalable solutions.
