Responsibilities
- Lead System Architecture: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture for next-generation AI models and neural networks.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring scalability and future-proofing of our AI infrastructure.
- High-Performance Computing: Optimize algorithms for distributed computing environments and reduce latency in real-time data processing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate complex research into deployable solutions.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish best practices for AI development and mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Algorithm Mastery: Deep understanding of statistical modeling, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in high-pressure environments.
