Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation machine learning pipelines.
- Optimize neural network architectures to achieve state-of-the-art performance for 2026 deployment targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and translate technical concepts into user-centric solutions.
- Conduct rigorous research to validate novel algorithms and integrate them into our core platform.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied AI research.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI models.
