Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI systems for the Project 2026 roadmap, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate complex AI models into robust software solutions.
- Define best practices for MLOps, data governance, and ethical AI usage within the organization.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (LLMs, Neural Networks, Quantum Computing interfaces) to maintain a competitive edge by 2026.
- Oversee the deployment of deep learning models into production environments, optimizing for latency and resource efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Proven experience designing and deploying large-scale machine learning pipelines (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
