Responsibilities
- Lead the Technical Vision: Architect and oversee the development of core AI models and infrastructure for Project 2026.
- Optimize Performance: Design systems that maximize computational efficiency and minimize latency in real-time environments.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Neuromorphic Engineering) into our stack.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Scalability: Ensure our solutions can handle massive scale and millions of concurrent data streams without degradation.
- Security: Implement robust security protocols to protect proprietary algorithms and data integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Excellent ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
