Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core infrastructure for Project 2026, focusing on distributed systems and high-performance computing.
- Lead the research and implementation of advanced AI models, including fine-tuning and RAG pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and efficiency in a cloud-native environment.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Drive innovation in model inference optimization to reduce latency and cost.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, or Go, and familiarity with major ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
