Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures.
- Lead the integration of quantum-ready algorithms into existing software ecosystems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Conduct research on emerging AI paradigms to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Optimize model performance and ensure data security and compliance.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering or AI Architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks, NLP, and computer vision.
- Demonstrated experience in leading technical projects and mentoring teams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
