Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures for high-traffic production environments.
- Lead the research and development of advanced neural network models using Python and TensorFlow.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs through efficient engineering.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure architectural integrity.
- Define best practices for data pipelines, model deployment, and MLOps workflows.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated experience deploying large-scale ML models to production.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and system design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
