Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance neural network architectures for our core 2026 platform.
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Optimize inference latency and model efficiency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring reproducibility and monitoring of production models.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends to drive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering and software development.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning algorithms.
- Proven track record of deploying AI models to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with distributed systems and high-availability infrastructure.
