- Roadmap Execution: Translate high-level business goals into technical roadmaps and detailed architectural specifications for the 2026 timeline.
- Model Optimization: Lead the optimization of large-scale neural networks, improving inference speed and reducing computational costs.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, legal teams, and security experts to ensure AI compliance and alignment with business objectives.
- Proof of Concepts (PoC): Develop and validate PoCs for emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing integration) relevant to the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about long-term technology trends and their business implications.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
