Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable LLM architectures, including fine-tuning and RLHF pipelines.
- Lead the development of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enhance data accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource utilization for high-volume production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, monitoring, and observability of AI systems.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research and evangelize new methodologies within the organization.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, vector databases, and NLP techniques.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready AI models.
