Responsibilities
- Architect and Lead: Design the core architecture for next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems focused on the 2026 market landscape.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in generative AI, reinforcement learning, and automated reasoning to achieve human-level performance.
- System Optimization: Optimize inference latency and training throughput across distributed GPU clusters to ensure real-time application capabilities.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement robust safety protocols, bias mitigation strategies, and transparency frameworks in all AI deployments.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with product teams to translate complex technical requirements into actionable 2026 development milestones.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead technical role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; experience with distributed training frameworks (Ray, Horovod).
- Specialization: Proven track record in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning with publications in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
- System Design: Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and high-performance computing environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and a passion for solving unsolved problems.
