Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI models designed for the 2026 enterprise landscape.
- Lead the R&D efforts in Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure the security, privacy, and ethical compliance of all AI systems deployed.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Optimize model latency and throughput to ensure real-time performance in mission-critical applications.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI agents.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps pipelines, data engineering, and feature stores.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
