Responsibilities
- Architect Advanced AI Systems: Design and implement scalable Large Language Model (LLM) pipelines and Agentic AI frameworks for 2026 readiness.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the technical vision for our AI evolution, identifying emerging technologies like multimodal models and edge AI.
- Optimization & Efficiency: Drive performance engineering to reduce inference costs and latency in production environments.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish guidelines and guardrails for responsible AI deployment, ensuring fairness and transparency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of brilliant engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years leading technical teams or strategic projects.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in dynamic environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for stakeholders.
