Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Design scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure and systems capable of meeting the demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Research & Innovation: Spearhead research into emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of talented engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical roadmap for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
- Model Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model performance, accuracy, and latency to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development plans.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience deploying models in production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Deep Learning architectures.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
