Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architectures for Autonomous Agents capable of complex reasoning and task execution.
- Lead the integration of Multimodal AI systems, combining text, vision, and audio data streams seamlessly.
- Optimize Transformer models for reduced latency and increased inference speed on edge devices.
- Establish best practices for AI Safety and Alignment, ensuring ethical deployment of generative models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI roadmaps.
- Conduct research on emerging paradigms in Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience building production-grade machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch and TensorFlow, with a strong understanding of distributed training frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) to high-traffic environments.
- Strong grasp of Software Engineering principles, including microservices and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
