Responsibilities
- Design and deploy robust, scalable machine learning pipelines and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Lead architectural strategy for data lakes, model training, and inference services.
- Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers.
- Establish MLOps best practices to ensure continuous integration and delivery of AI models.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical deep-dives to maintain code quality.
Qualifications
- B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on machine learning architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven experience in deploying production-grade AI systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and system design patterns.
