Responsibilities
- Design & Deploy: Architect scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of processing quantum-ready data structures and edge computing environments.
- Model Strategy: Lead the research and implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI agents for enterprise applications.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of technical excellence by mentoring junior architects and data scientists on best practices and architectural patterns.
- System Integration: Bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade software engineering.
- Ethical AI: Implement robust frameworks for bias mitigation, data privacy, and ethical AI governance.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Frameworks: Strong understanding of Neural Architecture Search (NAS) and experience with Federated Learning.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of solving complex, ambiguous problems in dynamic environments.
