Responsibilities

- Model Optimization: Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and generative AI models to ensure high accuracy and relevance for 2026 user expectations.
- Infrastructure Strategy: Collaborate with DevOps teams to build resilient MLOps infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) ensuring 99.99% uptime.
- Future-Proofing: Research and prototype emerging AI paradigms, including reinforcement learning and multi-agent systems, to stay ahead of the curve.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and architectural discussions to maintain high engineering standards.
- Performance Tuning: Continuously optimize model inference speeds and resource consumption to reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a specific focus on Machine Learning and AI.
- Programming: Expert-level proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud computing principles.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems using data-driven methodologies.
