Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of advanced AI/ML systems targeting the 2026 production environment.
- Define and drive the technical roadmap for deep learning infrastructure, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, and research) to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing neural networks and inference pipelines to reduce latency and cost.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends to integrate cutting-edge technologies into our product suite.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and model deployment strategies.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact engineering projects in a fast-paced environment.
