Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 AI Infrastructure, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
- Oversee the development and deployment of advanced Machine Learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI systems.
- Define and drive the technical vision for the "2026 Initiative," ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and industry standards.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate complex research into production-ready solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure best practices and reliability.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of building and deploying large-scale AI applications from scratch.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
