Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the development of robust, scalable AI infrastructure and neural network architectures.
- Innovation & Prototyping: Spearhead the research and development of cutting-edge algorithms, focusing on efficiency, ethical AI, and real-time processing.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership to drive buy-in and funding.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, optimizing for speed, accuracy, and resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems and delivering innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
