Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core infrastructure for The 2026 Initiative, ensuring high scalability, security, and performance.
- Define the technical roadmap and architectural standards for long-term AI research and deployment.
- Lead the integration of cutting-edge Machine Learning models into production environments.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to determine their viability for future projects.
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate research breakthroughs into robust engineering solutions.
- Ensure all systems comply with industry regulations and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior AI/ML architecture role.
- Proven expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX) and distributed systems.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding teams through complex technical challenges.
