Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Design scalable, secure, and efficient AI models specifically tailored for the Project 2026 roadmap, focusing on agentic workflows and predictive analytics.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, establishing best practices for large-scale distributed systems.
- Innovation & R&D: Explore cutting-edge research areas including neural rendering, temporal AI, and quantum-inspired algorithms to stay ahead of the 2026 timeline.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of legacy systems with next-generation AI infrastructure to ensure seamless deployment.
- Performance Optimization: Drive the optimization of inference speeds and model accuracy, ensuring real-time responsiveness in high-stakes environments.
- Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with product leaders to translate the year 2026 vision into concrete technical milestones and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience is highly valued.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML development, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Specialized Knowledge: Proven track record of building LLMs or working on advanced NLP or Computer Vision systems.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical vision from conception to production.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to solve complex, undefined problems in ambiguous environments.
