Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI models designed for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the integration of generative AI into core product ecosystems.
- Establish ethical guidelines and compliance standards for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex research into market-ready solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies like Quantum AI and Neuromorphic computing.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI projects from conception to deployment.
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed cloud systems (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
