We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead our team in building the predictive models and neural networks that will power the enterprise of tomorrow.
In this role, you won't just maintain existing systems; you will design the infrastructure for the year 2026 and beyond. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and scalable production engineering.
Responsibilities
- Architect Advanced AI Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable neural network architectures capable of handling complex, multi-modal data streams.
- Strategic Vision Implementation: Lead the technical strategy for the Year 2026 Initiative, translating high-level business goals into concrete engineering roadmaps.
- Predictive Modeling: Develop cutting-edge predictive algorithms to forecast market trends and user behaviors with high accuracy.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model performance, latency, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Ethical AI Leadership: Establish and enforce ethical guidelines and safety protocols to ensure AI systems are fair, transparent, and accountable.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and security experts to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Cloud Mastery: Proven experience architecting scalable solutions on AWS or Azure.
- Algorithmic Knowledge: Strong understanding of deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and reinforcement learning.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
