Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Lead the end-to-end data pipeline, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and productionization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and scalability in high-traffic environments.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and performance analysis to drive continuous improvement of AI products.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with deep expertise in libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including version control (Git), CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Kafka).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
