Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, researchers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing AI pipelines for speed, scalability, and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.
- Conduct rigorous research and experimentation to stay ahead of the curve in AI trends and methodologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership within the engineering department.
- Ensure all AI models adhere to ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and at least one deep learning framework (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Proven experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
