What you will do:
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models at scale.
- Optimize model inference pipelines to ensure sub-millisecond latency.
- Conduct research to improve model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Partner with product teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to our open-source AI libraries.
Responsibilities
- Architect scalable machine learning pipelines using Python and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Experiment with novel architectures to improve model performance on complex benchmarks.
- Implement rigorous testing and validation protocols for AI safety.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay current with the latest research in the AI field and apply it to our products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and deep learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, or CUDA.
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures, transformers, and optimization techniques.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Ray, Kubernetes, Spark).
- Proven track record of deploying models in production environments.
