Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and neural networks.
- Optimize AI inference pipelines for speed and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with data scientists to refine datasets and improve model accuracy.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms in NLP and Computer Vision.
- Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and performance tuning of production models.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation and architecture reviews.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures (Transformers, RNNs, CNNs).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
