Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade machine learning models and pipelines.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to define AI requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research in Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical architecture of the AI platform.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of model performance in real-world scenarios.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and RAG architectures.
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling and MLOps best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
