Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deploy scalable machine learning models and neural networks using Python and modern frameworks.
- Lead the architecture of data pipelines and infrastructure to support real-time processing and high-volume data ingestion.
- Conduct research to implement novel algorithms that improve model accuracy, efficiency, and interpretability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize existing systems for latency, throughput, and cost-effectiveness in cloud environments.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and apply relevant innovations to our projects.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on deep learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision (CV) methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
