Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art Machine Learning models, specifically focusing on LLMs and neural networks.
- Build and maintain high-performance data pipelines for training, validation, and inference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and designers to translate technical concepts into user-centric solutions.
- Optimize model performance for latency, accuracy, and cost efficiency in production environments.
- Research and implement novel algorithms to stay ahead of industry trends in AI.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or machine learning engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), transformers, and vector databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
