Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep neural networks.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model training and productionization.
- Optimize existing algorithms for improved accuracy, speed, and resource efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements.
- Implement robust MLOps pipelines to ensure model monitoring, versioning, and continuous integration.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI systems to guarantee ethical compliance and performance standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the AI division.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or M.S. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning and deep learning engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures (Transformers, GANs, RNNs, CNNs).
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Kafka) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying models to production environments serving high traffic.
