Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable Generative AI pipelines targeting the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the design of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enhance model accuracy and context.
- Optimize large language models for low-latency inference in high-traffic environments.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate strategic AI visions into technical roadmaps.
- Establish robust MLOps practices for model training, deployment, and continuous monitoring.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI paradigms to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying LLMs (e.g., GPT, Llama, Claude) into production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and Kubernetes.
- Experience with fine-tuning and alignment techniques for large models.
