In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering, working with a team of top-tier data scientists and engineers to deploy state-of-the-art models.
Responsibilities
- Model Architecture: Design, train, and fine-tune advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision systems tailored for enterprise applications.
- System Optimization: Implement cutting-edge techniques to optimize model inference latency and reduce operational costs in high-volume cloud environments.
- MLOps Integration: Build robust CI/CD pipelines and MLOps frameworks to ensure seamless model deployment, monitoring, and retraining workflows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing products, ensuring user-centric design.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct rigorous research into emerging AI paradigms, including Generative AI and Autonomous Agents, to maintain a competitive edge.
- Data Governance: Establish best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage across all projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python with extensive experience in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Tech Stack: Strong understanding of vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and LangChain frameworks.
- Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience deploying models on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
