Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead the research and implementation of Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning strategies for enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for high-availability production environments.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate relevant breakthroughs into our tech stack.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices are upheld in all development processes.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Extensive experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI models that have a measurable business impact.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and generative AI concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
